Jiduma has initially worked for Deloitte & Touche East Africa, particularly in Kenya and Tanzania for six (6) years.

Jiduma is registered by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors Tanzania (NBAA) as a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (CPA-PP). He is also a registered Tax Consultant by the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Accounting, B.Com (Accounting) from the University of Dar es Salaam. In addition, Jiduma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation (PGDT) from the Institute of Tax Administration, a tax training institution owned and managed by the Tanzania Revenue Authority.

Jiduma’s professional experience covers a wide range of areas in accounting and taxation, having worked in different capacities from a junior staff to Engagement Manager in various accounting and tax assignments and to various clients in Tanzania.
