Sia holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Dar es Salaam

She is also a graduate Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) having completed all the examinations administered by the National Board of Accountants & Auditors Tanzania (NBAA).

She has worked in different assignments including assisting clients with monthly VAT compliance, VAT refund audits and certifications, monthly payroll calculations and remittances, withholding tax calculations and payments, corporate tax computations, return completions and submission to TRA, preparation of IFRS complaint financial reports, preparation of accounting policy manuals for clients and many other assignments.
